Multicultural Trail Network is Canada’s first non-profit that aims to empower diverse youth between the ages of 14-24 by providing them with access to the great outdoors. Its inclusive programs support all youth facing racial and cultural discrimination, including those identifying as Black, Indigenous, People of Colour (BIPOC), refugees, and immigrants.
Led by a dedicated team of BIPOC adults, its mission is to dismantle barriers to entry and create opportunities for youth to experience nature, develop meaningful relationships, and discover their strengths through outdoor adventures. Through our programs, BIPOC youth can participate in outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, rock climbing, snowshoeing, ice skating, and more!
Photography
As a previous participant at Multicultural Trail Network, I wanted to show my support towards their organization by providing my photography skills at their 3rd annual fundraiser, Alberta Road Trip for Inclusivity.
